Trying to let it be for now but it's hard

Today was a good day. My Mom who is a special ed teacher had the day off from work so we went to Barnes and Nobles and Target. in our community many people are still victims of depression. it a common diease that affect the functionaliy of their minds to reason in a descent way to an exetent of even treing to take their dear lives. As acaregiver from uganda i call up for support from the rest of the world to uproot depression.

I suffer from addiction: How common is addiction problems

Hi I overdue a lot of things such as food. I have problems with that and music,just about everything I overdue. What is the term for that? I hope I can get help. I think I'm afraid to get help.
