Just breathe.

Keep breathing, especially when its tough to get back into beleiving...Beg for the light in every ounce of your vessell, throughout all of the hopelessness and dark. Breathe.  It will start to become involuntary and get easier showing your light thru all of your darkness. I am "Still", alive.
