Are there any SSRIs that don't kill your sex life?

All the SSRIs I've tried have caused anorgasmia. In the case of Prozac the effect lasted 5 years after I stopped taking the drug. They are good at cutting panic attacks though you continue to get the initial symptoms and that in itself is scary. Why do SSRIs do this if they are just restoring normal brain functioning?

I doubt this will make sense to anyone. I'm not entirely sure that I understand it. But I've been slowly improving with this depression thing for a few weeks...and I made it leave. Death Of Children
