food and depression

 hi there  i 'm a 42yr old male and would like to know if diet and the type of food we eat  have some effect(s) on our brain i.e thought patterns,cognitve thinking and memory as i'm in a studying mode but have trouble trying to remember stuff any greatful responses accepted. Curious Chap

Is Med change normal??

Hi, This is in reference to my husband. He takes Zoloft (75mg) for his dep/anx and lately he has been very hard to live with.(complaining ALOT, negative & grumpy) I suggested that he needed an increase as I have read that 100mg is the theraputic level for that med. post partum depression

those of us living with depression are apt to succept to post partum disorder and depression. Mine has been quite severe. I was wondering if aside from reading self help books were there any other tips for dealing with the constant struggle that accompany a mother with PPD.
