I just don't know

I'm having a really tough day. On Wednesday, I went to the doctor and got told i had bronchitis. I called my fiance on the way home and we were talking about his work. New to online support groups

Hello, I am new to this website and online support groups. I cannot find a local depression/ptsd/panic disorder support group and so I finally found this site. Self Fulfilling prophecies
