isolation is hard to fight

hi I seem to have a hard time trying to go out and do things I walked to my grandmothers and I just felt overwhelm with it So I try to go outside at least on the nice days Right now I feel like Ive been shot at I think I have (SAD) At least the sun was out over here Jon
