I suffer from addiction: How common is addiction problems

Hi I overdue a lot of things such as food. I have problems with that and music,just about everything I overdue. What is the term for that? I hope I can get help. I think I'm afraid to get help. I woke up this morning. Groggy. I planned to wash the dishes today but only diid some silverware.I thought that was something good.I tried to vacuum the floor got one rug done.
