Weight Gain and Depression

I can't seem to get a break

I really don't know which is worse my depression or my MS-I went to my med doc for my depression , only to find out she is gone for up to a year and I have someone new who doesn't know anything about me or my case-so he takes me off (cold turkey) 1000mg of depokote er and leaves hanging and said lets see how you do??????? Physical Pain

I've been having back pain everyday since May of this year. But it seems to have gotten worse maybe in the last month or so. It disrupts my sleep. I didn't sleep at all Wednesday night. I kind of knew I wouldnt sleep. I have been so tired and in tons of pain for the last two weeks or more. But yet, I am unable to fall asleep.
