Alright. I know I need help with my depression. I suffered from a stage of depression five years ago that was very severe, but I overcomed it for a good three or so years. hard to write

For some reason I am having difficulty writing down why I had my relapse a couple weeks ago and what caused it. The next day or two i tried to write down what happened but i just couldn't do it. This thing usually doesn't happen to me, but I know eventually I will be able to do it.

in our community many people are still victims of depression. it a common diease that affect the functionaliy of their minds to reason in a descent way to an exetent of even treing to take their dear lives. As acaregiver from uganda i call up for support from the rest of the world to uproot depression.
