so pleased I've managed to lose half a stone

Feeling really pleased with myself today as I've managed to lose half a stone in two weeks. The biggest thing is I did it through healthy eating and excercise. I will just say to start out with that I have been living with depression since 1998 - although I must say that I have had bouts of depression all throughout my life. Mistake?

A part of me feels like I moved way to fast and maybe some of it was a mistake. I went to see my fathers ashes...

Exams next week :S Ive been so busy revising for them but i cant see it doing any good. The information just doesn't go in. Or it does...and i just blank in the exam.
