Happiness with MS

Having being diagnosed with MS two and a half years ago now I believe one thing or a bit of advice I could give to anyone would be to remain mentally strong and remain active. I am waiting to go into hospital for an angiogram to diagnose angina, I have been getting chest pain on exertion for around nine months.
