Shame on me! Why???

I have been doing so good lately. I was eating healthy, exercising, relaxing, journaling, taking my meds on time, etc. Then, a couple weeks ago I just let it all go to pot. Depression and Love

I've been fighting depression for the last 3 months and its made me extremely tired. Always exhausted, dont want to do anything i use to do. Dont want to talk to anyone etc. I'm on drugs for depression and anxiety, the depression one doesnt take affect until 4 to 6 weeks out.
