scared and unsure

For the past month I have dealing with severe anxiety and kind of a loss of myself . I wasnt eating or sleeping and feeling like I wasnt "me" anymore. Such a Simple Thing- Take Your Meds on Time Daily

This seems like such a small thing but from time to time I will forget to take an antidepressant or some other med and before you know it my mood drops and I'm wondering why Such a simple thing makes so much difference- how many times I've learned this lesson or you will feel better and think I can take less or leave this med off, wrong... I'm not sure, I can't really think right now

I've just recieved a letter saying i've been dismissed from University because of my grades. This is the second time. It's been ingrained in me since I was little that a person is nothing without a degree and those who don't have one will be working at McDonalds for the rest of their lives and will never be happy.
