my depression started,when my first child was killed in a car crash.She was nine months pregnant,her and my grandbaby died.She was18yearsold.I never seen my first child. They are both in heaven looking down.Her boyfriend was driving the car ,he was drunk and messed up on cocaine.He was not charged for the deaf of my daughter and my grandbaby/

Last October
Hi All Last October 2007, I listened to a audio book called "The Secret". I learned many wonderful things from it. The one thing I wish I hadn't learned was that everyone can control there depression. No need for meds! Not true for me. Looking for the light at the end of the tunnel
I am in such a dark spot right now and have recently had my meds changed. I hate feeling this way and find it harder everyday to deal with it again. I don't even know why I am writing this on here I just need to keep busy I guess. Any ideas would be greatly accepted as to how to live with this!
