Leaving so soon

I must leave for a while. My partner died Thursday, and I'm simply not up to reading and writing posts anywhere right now. I'd love to eat a bullet, but I have three kids, so that's not an option. I'm forced against my will to learn to cope with this. Best of luck to you all.

The feels of guilt are so strong right now.

well we are all stressed out because of my depression. My husband, blow up at the kids tonight, for them not helping out around the house more. He has just started his own business and it is not going as well as he though. He is stressed out because of my problems, and not knowing what to do to help me, and the kids not helping... I will not let the pain be my life!

Diagnosed with chronic pain 3+ years ago. Unable to work because of the pain, but have a program that works for me. I try to do as much as I can, pacing myself of course - but allow for days when the pain is more severe than other days.
