Hello, I am new to this site. I never had a real problem with depression until after the birth of my child. I went thru "post partum" depression starting when she was about six months old. how can I get motivated?

Why is it that some days/weeks I can't even get the house cleaned? My husband has been really great but I know he's tired of a cluttered/ dirty house. I can't ask him to help because he puts in a 12 hour day. How can I get myself going to do just normal housework?There are days when I just want to lie in bed all day. I know that's...
