hi: I am 58 yrs old and have been depressed since I was 6 years old. Feels like my life is a dark tunnel with no way out. Every day!!!!

how can I get motivated?

Why is it that some days/weeks I can't even get the house cleaned? My husband has been really great but I know he's tired of a cluttered/ dirty house. I can't ask him to help because he puts in a 12 hour day. How can I get myself going to do just normal housework?There are days when I just want to lie in bed all day. I know that's... Need help

I need advice. I am taking a drug for Bipolar but I am not Bipolar and I will ask my Doctor why on my next visit. Can anyone help me.
