Having a bad day

Today is an awful day for me, I am more depressed than usual. I can't keep from crying my eyes out, I should be so grateful for everything but right now I don't care if the sun ever comes up. If only I could be stress free for just one day

The slightest things stress me out. I am always stressed. I can't handle a job. My four year old drives me nuts. I will not let the pain be my life!

Diagnosed with chronic pain 3+ years ago. Unable to work because of the pain, but have a program that works for me. I try to do as much as I can, pacing myself of course - but allow for days when the pain is more severe than other days.
