suffering depresion

my depression started,when my first child was killed in a car crash.She was nine months pregnant,her and my grandbaby died.She was18yearsold.I never seen my first child. They are both in heaven looking down.Her boyfriend was driving the car ,he was drunk and messed up on cocaine.He was not charged for the deaf of my daughter and my grandbaby/

A New Low...

The beginning of this week was a living hell for me. On Monday, I hit an all-time low. I was closer to suicide than I have ever been. I actually had pills in my hand. My life right now

Well, I hate winter. I have (SAD)and it really sucks.Cause in the wintertime my depression is worse, and my bipolar gets worse also. I find it helpful to journal alot. And if the sun doesnt come out I have a sun lamp that I use. Its ok, but not as good as the sun. I have a hard time sleeping, even though I'm on sleeping medicines. It really... Read more Chevron

me too,where is the help.
