Have a history of depression/ along with all family members that go in and out of depression

I'm 49 years old and take care of a 21 yr old that lives in depression 24/7. He's been in treatment since he was 4yrs old. I have learned about all his fear which he can't seem to move on from them. TODAY WAS A GOOD DAY
