Can anyone help me?

I was diagnosed with severe dysmorphic depression last year and haven't found any relief. I'm currently undergoing electroconvulsive therapy twice a week and even that isn't seeming to help. I have my back against the wall and don't know where to turn .

I need help dealing with my many problems, they are affecting my life, work and attitude. I have prayed and still see no way out. My wife and I are prisoners in our own home.
