light therapyI

i asked a question but i think i accidently erased it. i wonder if i should invest in a therapy light. i have major sometimes labeled treatment resistant depression and i noticed the site said that light therapy is for mild depression. any advice brendavo

So Glad to be Here!

I am isolated as I cannot work, going out is hard and each day presents a new challenge! The side effects of the medication are terrible. Each time I am given a new "cocktail" (which I call changing dose, adding, removing drugs) I have to endure 2 days to 2 weeks of new side effects.
