Could anyone give me a reason why it hard not to stay alive?

I am a vetern and married with 2. Some days are harder than usual not to just go ahead and kill myself! I struggle with this on an everyday basis and it seems to be getting harder each. My life right now

Well, I hate winter. I have (SAD)and it really sucks.Cause in the wintertime my depression is worse, and my bipolar gets worse also. I find it helpful to journal alot.
