medicare suppiment

I am posting this to the Question section as well as here.  I am on Medicare. The time has come for me to choose a supplimental and a rx plan.  Can anyone out there help me decided with plan to chose?  I hear good and bad about Humana.  I don't know anything about any of the other plans.

Having a bad day

Today is an awful day for me, I am more depressed than usual. I can't keep from crying my eyes out, I should be so grateful for everything but right now I don't care if the sun ever comes up.
