I can't seem to get a break

The feels of guilt are so strong right now.

well we are all stressed out because of my depression. My husband, blow up at the kids tonight, for them not helping out around the house more. He has just started his own business and it is not going as well as he though. He is stressed out because of my problems, and not knowing what to do to help me, and the kids not helping...
