I hate it - the feeling of hopelessness..

I will not let the pain be my life!
Diagnosed with chronic pain 3+ years ago. Unable to work because of the pain, but have a program that works for me. I try to do as much as I can, pacing myself of course - but allow for days when the pain is more severe than other days.
