What do you do when your disorder has literally ruined you life?

Okayy... My issues have actually become more seriouse then i could ever imagine. Therapy following meds.

In addition to the meds (a million of them), I am seeing a good therapist who reads my journal to me each week. Last week I wrote in my journal that I accept the fact that I'm a good person and I am lovable. I never thought I was anything but a mess of a human being. light therapyI

i asked a question but i think i accidently erased it. i wonder if i should invest in a therapy light. i have major sometimes labeled treatment resistant depression and i noticed the site said that light therapy is for mild depression. any advice brendavo
