At a Glance

Dysthymia is a chronic and low-level type of depression. If you are living with dysthymia it is important to take care of yourself. The first step is recognizing that you may have this condition and then proceeding to talk to someone, namely a professional, about it. Be patient, seek help and find the right treatment for you because taking care of yourself is the most important thing.
