Depression is a serious condition associated with low moods and negative thoughts. Traditional treatments include medications and therapy, but there is an abundance of suggestions for alternative treatments that can be helpful in overcoming depression and lifting moods. These range from exercise and health eating to laughter and Electroconvulsive Therapy, with many more in between.
