I just don't get it

hi I am sorry for being angry I am upset and afraid because my friend died and her family didn't even care to give her a headstone for the grave site I keep thinking maybe I wil die and never get a headstone I also am afraid of not know how to take better care of myself I dug a pretty deep hole I'm not sure what to do next Jon
