Depression/ Social anxiety disorder and Military Spouses

no life, friends, family

how do I find a reason to live without a support system. I have no friends, family, or social skills. I can't get a job. I have nothing or no one. Wouldn't you feel like dying if you were in solitary confidment and wasn't even in prison.
