Wondering if I will ever feel good.

Hi. I am in my mid 40's and swear that "hormonal changes" are messing with my ability to fight my depression.  I have been on so many meds and lately I seem to have mood swings every few days.  I have not been diagnosed with Bi Polar disorder but dang, the swings are crazy. Been MIA

Didn't realize I have been gone so long but thinking back it wasn't hard.... I finally took the kids and left the hubby.  It has been a big stressful mountain but we now have our own cracker jack box in a small quiet area of town.
