Many many different drugs

I just made a list of all of the medications that I have been on in the last year and a half, and the list stands at 23 for different anti-depressants.  Has anyone had this experience?  I am feeling very down as I am thinking that my options are running out.  Please help!

depression,too

Today was a good day.  I did something for myself for a change.  I went to a NAMI meeting and it was nice to be in a room with people just like me.  I cried and didn't feel embarassed at all.  Getting into this group may have just been one of my best moves in a long time.
