Therapy following meds.

In addition to the meds (a million of them), I am seeing a good therapist who reads my journal to me each week. Last week I wrote in my journal that I accept the fact that I'm a good person and I am lovable. I never thought I was anything but a mess of a human being. Lifelong major depression...is there a cure?

I have dealt with major depression and PTSD since I was 10 yrs old. The depressions last 3-6 years. i was not diagnosed or treated until I was in my 20's. Finally home

Well I am home. I crashed big time trying to come off the Cymbalta. I had to start taking it again. It was terrible. I had to go spend a few days with my mom and family. Now that I am back on the Cymbalta I feel much better. I go to a new doc on the 10th and hopefully he will be able to help me. Depression SUCKS!!!!!!!!
