PTSD takes a toll not only on the veteran, but on their families as well. For better or worse, the families ride the ups and downs of their loved one’s depression and mood swings. Therefore, it is very important that the lines of communication between partners stay open. Veterans need the support of their spouses and the partners need the cooperation of the veterans.
So here's a snapshot of me doing chores on a Saturday morning. I'm working at my computer in the living room and remember that I wanted to put the sheets from my husband's and my bed in the wash.
