PTSD is a difficult condition many servicemen and women face. The stress of coping with the symptoms and handling the military stigma against emotions, as well as integrating back into civilian life can all lead to anxiety. Thoughts of what must be done to overcome PTSD can also sometimes be overwhelming and make people anxious, which is why a support group of friends, family and medical professionals is vital.
I know the road of recovery is not a straight shot road.
