The fatigue has become unbearable. All I want to do is lay down before while on the effexor it caused my adreanal glands to shut down so I want to come off Cymbalta what is the best way?

Hi, there.  We aren't medical professionals here, so I want to suggest that you talk to your prescribing doctor about how to get off the Cymbalta.  There are so many drugs that can cause withdrawal symptoms if you get off them too quickly, plus your doctor may have some suggestions for how to handle them, if that happens.  Sorry you are feeling so exhausted, I know it's miserable to want to do nothing but lie down.  Hope you're feeling better soon.
