What do you mean by "flip out"? Are you talking about yourself here?
There are many medicines out there to help treat depression and mood disorders but I cannot think of any to curb your actions. I am thinking that you are looking for help and the best way to get that help is to call your nearest local mental health agency. Or you can speak with your general practitioner. You can't treat something until you know what it is and what is causing it.
