Hi there   I know that must be terribly frustrating!    Are you taking any antidepressants or other medications which can cause weight gain?  Have you had your thyroid checked?  Are you keeping a diet journal of exactly what you are eating?  Sometimes we are wrong about how many calories we are actually taking in.  And what sorts of exercise are you doing?   Health Central has a wonderful site about diet and exercise which you can find here.   And I would definitely suggest talking to your doctor for any advice he or she can give you or even investigate...why are you gaining when you feel you should be losing weight with what you are eating and the exercise.   Good luck to you and thank you for your question!
