Q: My 17 year old son just started taking zoloft and now has a cold, with a history of bad sinuses. what can I give him to nip this cold early? All the OTC for colds I read about have neg interactions..

Hi, there.  We aren't medical professionals, so I'd suggest you check with a pharmacist or our son's doctor about what is safe to take to help relieve his symptoms.  There might be a number of things that would be okay to use.  The drug manufacturers have to list about every possible side effect known to man, no matter how rare it may actually be, so talking to someone who is familiar with how drugs might interact should help put your mind at rest.
