well you are takeing the 1st steps in right direction by asking for help!!!:-). Some people dont know or understand mental illnesses, I myself didnt start to really try to understand it until my now 18yr old daughter was admitted to acute care via e.r. for the 2nd time for trying to o.d.....:-(, for the past 5 days i have done ALOT of web surfing and really digging and digging for info and some answers on m.h. illnesses. It really made me stop and think, my poor baby has been showing signs since very early childhood:-(. There are alot of resources out there for yourself and your family and I pray that you will keep on looking, asking...no, insisting on getting answers and the help that you need!!!! get some information about your illness and take that to your parents and talk to them(im pretty sure that will help them to understand and be able to suppoert and be there for you) thru your tough times of getting started on the right track to getting better:-). Go see a doc and get a diagnosis so you can start to feel better hun, its a long tough road but it is worth it!!!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE dont let your thinking no one is listening keep you from getting help!!!!! I know its not my fault that my daughter is not well but its still in my mind that I SHOULD have seen the warning signs YEARS ago, we(family) just put it on bad behavior for WAY too long:-(. I hope and pray that this(even if just a LITTLE of this has helped you! Good luck
