My cousin claims he takes 100mg of Xanax four times a day. I don't know how long he has been taking this. He has been on numerous other medications, mainly for physical pain, including but not limited to Methadone and morphine. He is a 58 year old gay male with numerous psychological issues and lives in another state. It is hard to ascertain his level of honesty regarding his drug use.
