Q: working out 4 times a week and eating healthy but, still not loosing pounds

why if I am working out and eating right am I still not loosing weight

Have you checked in with your doctor on this? In this kind of situation, it's best to rule out physical issues that could be a problem for you. Your doctor could rule out thyroid and other potential problems.
