My sister-in-law gives a lot of sweet treats to her 3 yr old son. Her son drinks lot of milk, doesnt eat vegetables and even meat or fish.  He has to be forced to eat but he is so choosy they allow him to eat anything he wants, and mostly these are junk foods and sweets. Her son looks healthy. What are the harmful effects of sweets.
