600 mg at night 
That is what I am supposed to take. I take 450 mg at night. Reason 1 to defray some cost and reason 2 450 mg works just fine most of the time. At least until it doesn't!!!!! You all know exactlt what I mean!!!! I live with BiPolar and my mate is also BiPolar.

For my maintenance "cocktail" I have seroquel, lamectal and clonazapam. When I am "well" my maintenance dose of seroquel is 25-50 mg. When I am in the middle of an episode, my dose is between 800-1000 mg. - 600 at night, the rest spread out over the day.
