600 mg at night That is what I am supposed to take. I take 450 mg at night. Reason 1 to defray some cost and reason 2 450 mg works just fine most of the time. At least until it doesn't!!!!! You all know exactlt what I mean!!!! I live with BiPolar and my mate is also BiPolar. grammyat50
