Hi there

Do you think that you are feeling depressed because you are not taking your ADHD meds?  Has this ever happened before?

I want to give you the link to our ADHD site...I am also a writer over there.  Let us know what we can do to help you.

Thanks for reaching out here.

Hi, Lightning.  I'm sorry you're feeling so unhappy.  The fact that you are only happy on week-ends might be a good clue to work with.  Can you talk to your parents about it?  If not, maybe you could talk to a school counselor before this interferes seriously with your school work.  You also could go to your regular doctor, or whoever prescribed the ADHD meds, and find out of that might have anything to do with it (the fact that you're not taking them).  Were you told to stop taking them, or did you decide that on your own?

It might really help you to talk with somebody about this who could maybe help you figure out what to do.

Hope you'll keep in touch here and let us know how you're doing.
