I don't really have an answer for you on this - you really need a medical doctor to direct you.  But, I know a little something about Parnate, having taken it at one time, and that is that you have to be extremely careful with whatever other drugs you take because it inhibits the management of your blood pressure.  If you were to take a decongestant, for example, your blood pressure would probably go sky-high; I think it would be possible to even have a stroke if you had enough of it.  Other things like aged cheese and red wine can do it, as well.  So it is really something your doctor needs to help you figure out.

Hope this helped a little and hope you and your doctor can find the right medications to help you.
