I need to find a little bit of help

I dont know where to start to find help, i have noticed that recently ive been having are hard time with depression, a really hard time i often find myself crying about the pas and have a history of serious marijuana and alcohol abuse, im recovered from alcohol and as of today its the 3rd day...
