When he was hospitalized the physician or psychiatrist would not release him unless he took this drug seroquel? I want to prevent him from ever being in there again. It was much more damaging than helpfull in my opinion. East Bay California

Thank-You for your responce. No he did not go voluntarily. Unfortunately I was kept from knowing until after the fact. I hope that NAMI can be of some assistance, and perhaps even be effective. But my main concern is his health and risk of taking this drug. He is understandably defiant and not continuing treatment. His general physician does not seem familiar or concerned. I will check with both of them again. I will also reffer my Son to this sight. If you could verify or clarify any of the questions asked in regard to the medication "Seroquel" and the fact of having "mild pulmonary stenosis" is greatly appreciated. Of course this is only per "refferance" in no way are you or this site liable in any way! My Son is such an Exceptionally Wonderfull Bright Handsome Young Man, I want protect the Blessing of Him in my Life!!!! Im afraid of him going into cardiac arrest. Let alone the other possible side effect of accquiring "lactating breast." My suspician is he has been groussley Misdiagnosed. I will definately be contacting NAMI, and reporting the "facilities" to which he was admitted. Thanks again for your time and concern.
