I am not sure how to answer your question.  Are you saying that you use Xanax perhaps...for anxiety?  I am not sure what sort of sublingual tablet you are also using.

Are you using Cymbalta to treat depression?  On this drug site they say that you should give it several months or more but there really isn't much on long term effects or safety.

I do see some things in the literature, however, that weaning from this medication can be difficult.  But this is the case for many antidepressants.
