Hi there

I am so sorry that you are feeling that blue that you need to cry but you can't in the setting you are in.  Is there any privacy?  Can you go into the bathroom?  It is good to release it if you can.

But if you cannot release your tears immediately my suggestion is to take some deep breaths in and out and count to ten in your mind.  Try to think of something else that is not upsetting but is peaceful and calm.  Is there a certain visual which you find pleasing?  You could also find a focal point in the room that you are in and just immerse yourself in that object.

Do you have any supports there...someone to talk to?
